Ayodhya – On the judges and their verdict

I heaved a sigh of relief when the judges said that the site is indeed the birthplace of Lord Ram.

I felt grateful when they said that there was indeed a Hindu Temple upon which the mosque was built.

I felt emotional when they said that the islamic hoards destroyed the temple of Sri Ram and planted a mosque to tease the helpless Hindus.

I felt thankful to the judges for saying that such an act of destroying a Hindu Temple and planting a mosque on it  is unislamic and therefore such structure cannot be construed as a place of worship for the Muslims.  Surely we should take this as a signal to reclaim the remaining 60,000 temples upon which the islamists have built their mosques in India.

But what baffled me was the liberty of these judges especially the Muslim one in dividing this property.  Justice S U Khan said let the land be divided in three parts, one each for the Sunni Waqf Board, Nirmohi Akhara and the party representing Akhil Bharat Hindu Mahasabha – the party for Lord Ram. Khan said the area where Ram’s idol is should be given to Hindus. Muslims to be given a separate portion of the courtyard, and third litigant Nirmohi Akhara another section of the courtyard.  What the heck?

The Court has contradicted itself in making the judgment. It agreed that the “disputed site” was the birthplace of Lord Rama. If that is the case, how can the Court say that they divide the land into three parts and distribute it to three groups that include the Muslims who terrorized the Hindus for centuries?

This part of the judgment is an appeasement judgment. I wonder if they were instigated to do so.  It has crossed it’s legal boundaries of jurisdiction in making a division given the fact none of the plaintiffs have asked for a division.   If the land has been declared as the birthplace of Lord Sri Ram and that there had existed a temple that was wantonly pulled down and a moque was erected against its religious tenets, then where is the question of giving any land to the Wakf  Board?  This part of it is no judgment but usurpation by the judge of Hindus’ place of worship and giving it to the Muslims.

This is how secularism works!  The secularists rob the Hindus to pay the Muslims.

Hindu Dharma is always their victim coming out of the Hujpayee psyche!

I completely agree. There is no reason to give 1/3 share to Mosque.

    Your analysis is perfect.
