I am sure Dr.Swamy won’t get a favourable order from the Supreme Court if the functioning of the SC is any indication.SC is fully packed with Congress stooges as also most of the HCs and it is well nigh impossible to get any favourable verdict.If a petition is filed by Congress SC have no compunction to take the case immedtly and pass orders favourable.eg.Stay on Krishna’s petition in the land mining scam, ruthless way by which Amit Shah of Gujerat was hunted out of his state for months with no charges against him filed by the investigating agencies,no follow up in Maran’s cases though SC is monitoring the 2G case for names sake as all will come out free in the end ,failure to take the case of ex justice Balakrisahnan in corruption cases and there can be given umpteen instances in which SC is not doing justice as a majority of the judges are Congress stooges and might hv been purchased already.If Swamy feels he can get clarification it is ok but doubtful.
Again the election petition of Chidambaram is pending in the Madras High Court for more than two years and by the time the sleeping judges(purposely as they are either bought or afraid) take up the case Chidambaram would have completed his term and may be on the way to continue the next term.There are so many charges against Chidambaram and his family and he tries to dodge everything thru his influence and what the HC and SC are doing is anybody’s guess whereas HC and SC hv no problem in dealing with cases of other parties.In the circumstances from where justice can come esp. when the HCs and SC are packed with Congress hoodlums.There can even be a doubt whether Dr.Swamy will succeed in booking Chidambaram in the trial court and even if he succeeds Chidambaram will get a stay by HC or SC as the judges have no guts to touch Chidambaram and they can do it only at the expense of raids by CBI,IT etc.Such is the anomaly that the country is moving in.Even Swamy may be arrested after 30th of this month when his bail expires unless he gets it extended he will surely be arrested by Chidambarams Delhi Police and sent to jail.Nobody can guess the wily fellow Chidmabram’s mind.So Swamy shuld be doubly careful as the next week will be very crucial.
