Leaders rally behind Ramdev

The ‘ink-attack’ on yoga guru baba ramdev evoked a strong reaction from the political class and social activists. But then it also saw parties vying for linking the incident to their rivals.
Anti-corruption crusader anna hazare said the ink was actually thrown at the face of democracy while veteran bjp leader lk advani demanded suitable action against the culprit. Janata party chief subramanian swamy, who has been on the forefront of the spectrum war against the centre, said the incident cannot be tolerated, especially when it seems inspired by a section of the congress party.
“this is not an attempt to blacken the face of swami ramdev. This is an attempt to blacken democracy,” hazare said in a statement from his village. “someone’s unblemished life cannot be sullied due to the ink, which will be wiped off clean in two minutes. But those, whose life is stained with corruption, goondaism and loot… Those stains won’t be washed away,” he said.
In chennai, advani said, “we hope that the person who has done it is identified by the government and suitable action taken.” Leader of opposition in rajya sabha arun jaitley described ramdev as a spiritual and religious activist who had every right to campaign against black money. “criticism is acceptable, but such acts cannot be defended,” he said.
Holding congress responsible for the attack, madhya pradesh chief minister shivraj singh chouhan demanded congress president sonia gandhi’s apology for this “undemocratic act”. “by indulging in this act against ramdev, congress has not only applied ink on yoga guru’s face, but has blackened the party’s face. The congress chief should apologise to him for this unfortunate incident,” chouhan told reporters at indore.
For his part, rjd chief lalu prasad sought strict action against the culprit and rued that such instances aimed at gaining publicity were become too common. “authorities should tighten the screws on such elements and deal with them firmly,” prasad said.
Bjp spokesman rajiv pratap rudy said other than the increasing instances of such incidents, there was also a “lurking suspicion” that the attack on ramdev has been prompted by the crusade launched by him against black money and corruption.
“sometime ago, we have witnessed ramdev and his followers being lathicharged and forcefully evicted from ramlila grounds and police terror being unleashed on them allegedly at the behest of the central government,” rudy said.
He maintained that the bjp was ‘constrained’ to believe that the incident could be an outcome of the designs of the upa government, which is suspected of retaliating against those who are raising a banner of revolt against corruption and black money.
But while congress spokesman rashid alvi countered it had nothing to do with opposition to the government from some quarters, congress general secretary incharge of uttar pradesh digvijay singh alleged it was a “well-orchestrated conspiracy” by rss. He claimed kamran sidique, who was behind the attack, was “anti-congress” and has links with bjp.

It is not a strange thing that such an event has happened to Baba Ramdev as the well orchestrated midnight raid on the poor BABA at the instance of Chidambaram is still continuing as Chidambaram knows well if he does not act on behalf of Sonia then the whole episode of black money will come to the fore.Sri Sri when compaigning against the corupted Congress in UP just vanished from the scene ostensibly due to the pressure put on him by the notorious bootlickers of Sonia by threatening him personally that CBI,ED,IT will raid his places if he did not stop compaigning in UP.Poor Sr. Sri probably rattled must have left UP wihout any statement as he has more money than Baba and his life style is different from that of Baba Ramdev and his devotees comprise very rich people and he has much to suffer.This is the dirty trick that is being staged by Congress luumpens Chidambaram,Sibal,
Kurshid ,Diggy.etc.They don’t have any courage to face the elections and comments that are against them and even Chidambaram fioisted cases against Dr.Swamy for his article in DNA thru his lackeys.Wonder why SC is silent on such inmcidents to Baba and hesitate to take any action agaionst the Delhi Police and the controller Chidambaram.Such things will recur to all those activists if they dare to talk about black money as Sonia has an allergy to hear that words.Only things Mamata,Jaya,Maya all should join with BJP to finish this Govt for ever and shatter the dream of that stupid fellow Rahul who dreams of controlling the destiny of India by the hoodlums of Congress.People must raise their vopices against such atrocities.
Dig Vijay is famous for his comments that anything happens in India is at the instance of RSS as he is rattled by the words RSS and BJP.Poor fellow he has no other option to defend Congress always uses RSS/BJP for all terrors and wil do so till he is decimated in his wily dream of making Rahul the PM and himself acting as a puppet puller as Sonia is doing the great Manmohan Singh.But his dream will always remain a dream.He himself faces lot of cases when he was the CM of MP ten years back and miserably in need of some berth to loot.He has brought his son also in the picture.He also must be an idiot like him but Diggy imagines his son can be dovetailed to Rahul.Stupid fellow this Diggy that all terror strikes he blames BJP/RSS to woo the muslims as if they are sacrosanct.He says that Batla encounter is fake whereas Chidambaram says it is genuine.Thus there is no taker for Diggys statement and belief even in the Congress.Then why he wastes his time instead of quitting politics and takes to sanyas?He himself was a RSS man which has been proved beyond doubt despite his denials to please Sonia who otherwise would have sacked him long ago.He orchestrates Rahuls programme in UP and that novice follows him as if Diggy is another avatar of redemption.Comments that are pouring against him from all quarters of society prove beyond doubt that he licks Sonia everday just like a dog licks its master.Useless fellow.His comments require no rebuttal as all know he is a mental case and requires treatment in an asylum till the end of his life.
