Swamy gets interim protection from Delhi High Court

Janata Party chief Subramanian Swamy was on Friday granted interim protection till January 30 by the Delhi High Court against his possible arrest for writing an allegedly “inflammatory” article.
Justice M.L. Mehta granted interim protection to Dr. Swamy on an undertaking by him that he would not write such articles in the future and issued notice to the Delhi Police for its response on Dr. Swamy’s anticipatory bail plea.
While hearing Dr. Swamy’s plea, Justice Mehta observed, “We are a secular country and we should respect the system which we have.”
The court said, “It is not a European country like Britain. We have a diversity and we should be proud of it.
“If you (Swamy) give an undertaking that you will not write anything based on the book, I’ll grant you the relief,” the judge said.
The court’s observation came after Dr. Swamy’s counsel, senior advocate K.T.S. Tulsi, argued that as he (Swamy) has exposed 2G scam against the government, this case has been lodged to harass him.
The counsel also said that Dr. Swamy had written the article based on a book, which he had written six years ago, but no untoward incident had happened after that and suddenly the police registered a case against him soon after he exposed the 2G scam.
Dr. Swamy had moved the high court on Thursday seeking anticipatory bail in the case filed against him in October last year by the Crime Branch of Delhi Police for writing an article in a newspaper in July last year which, it said, tended to spread communal enmity.
Dr. Swamy, however, has denied all charges levelled by Delhi Police in the FIR. The matter will now come up on January 30.

It is a great relief.Dr.Swamy has approached the Delhi High Court in the right time as else he would hv been booked on the orders of Chidambaram and will not be able to handle the case against PC.Hereafter Swamy shuld be very careful in his writings as the Centre will always be watching his comments.It is madness on the part of the muslims not to accept the real truth that is contained in the article.A case against Swamy with NHRC from a muslim in Kerala and another in the Bombay Court all these are the handiworks of Congress as those were filed by none other than the Congress members as Swamy is hunting them every week by foisating this case or that case and the artic;le came as handy weapon to book Swamy though the muslims of India have never bothered about the article and not even discussed about the contents as the article appeared not in a well known paper but a local paper and so far no untoward incident has happened as is pointed out like dividing the communities etc and all these are phobias created by Congress.No channel has discussed the issue unlike the reservation policy of the Congress and the utterings of Khurshid.So all these hullaballoos are nothing but sheer stupidity on the part of the Congress as they are rattled by the 2G case which will lead ultimately to Sonia.
From no onwards Swamy should make a different strategy as the Centre will be watching Swamy and os he should try to expose all the hooligans that are dominating the Centre like Sibal,Khursheed,Moily,Azad,Digvijay, and such stupid fellows also.The task is arduous and surely Congress will lick its boots in the coming elections and the elections that will take place in next year as also General Elections.The Congress should be buried deep never to raise its ugly head agin for decades to come.Unfortunately BJP is not rising upto the mark though they have great orators and men of wisdom except siome old hogs like Advani who knows nothing except walking up and down and moving on ratnh yatras.He spoiled great opportubity during the regime of BJP not to book Sonia properly and Vajpayee also should also be held responsible for that.The result the Italian mafia run by Sonia made a great comeback and start looting the country and the major blame should be placed on Advani and Vajpayee though they are considered to be the kingpins of BJP.Never.There are more people of isdom in BJP and they should come together and see that Congress and its petty allies are trounced in the coming elections by joining with intelligent parties and that is the only way to save this country and Swamy can concentrate on booking one fellow after anotherOf course it is going to be herculean task but not impossible to achieve the goal by proper planning and diluting the differences among its cadres and also allies.
If Swamy was arrested there would have been no blahs on pongal or any thing else in all our Indian TVs, the stooges of the ruling party
